Great location, near a restaurant to grab dinner and a beautiful river. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick. Plus, they have a good bar to chill at in the evening 🍹.

It was very close to the university of Oregon which is exactly what I needed. the price was fair.
the room was not very clean. there was a dirty old sock next to my bed from a previous guest, and there was some red stains on the white inner curtains, it looked a little like blood but could've easily been wine. I had informed the front desk about it, the second I was in the room and they did nothing about it. The lady at the desk was very nice, but the cleaning staff obviously does not do their job well, or there is some short coming on communication between the desk, management and staff. The breakfast was also not good, but that's to be expected for the price I paid.

The woman checking me in was asleep on graveyard but was up instantly when I got there and provided great service. She also took me to a few rooms to see which one I'd like more. Plus she was funny... good job.
Curtains didn't close all the way, and no screen on the windows.

Desk staff were very friendly and helpful with maps. Breakfast very plentiful and just what we wanted. (Not sure about rating Kitchen Facilities as we did not know if some units had kitchen facilities. Breakfast area was excellent.)

The location of this hotel was ideal for my Easter getaway. It was conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore the area. Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the little fridge in the room, which allowed me to store some snacks and drinks during my stay.
There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, especially the walkways and stairways.

Some guy walked into our room with a key while we were sitting there. I guess the desk issued it twice.
